Pending Disappear?

Hi,

I have uploaded some vector images and received confirmation email, but one image disappeared from the pending section and did not appear in either the approval or rejection, unlike the others which have appeared normally.

Now it has been 3 weeks since the incident happened. Should I just re-upload the image?

Please help.
